Contributers to Success

What Have I Done So Far?

Who Would I Work For?

Hello, my name is Tyler Sauve, and I make media art. I take pride in my work, and enjoy making unique, interesting and informative pieces of art. I make media art for many reasons. The fact that it simply enjoy expressing my self through it, and that it can help channel my creativity so I may enjoy the end result and the process of making it. My largest influences when I’m creating media art are my interests (science and astronomy), social issues (i.e. the environment), and sometimes just pure random though. I’m not only influenced to make certain pieces of art, but I also try to make my art influence or send a message to the viewer. In most of my work there is a message or a theme designed to convey something, like the wonder and awe of the cosmos, or the issue of deforestation. My favourite form of media art was the either the self portrait, or the cultural photo montage. Firstly, I enjoyed making the self portrait because I was really able to express my interests, and how I view my life (plus adding in all the cool stuff around look really neat!). Secondly, I enjoyed making the cultural photo montage because I found it interesting to learn about German culture and there way of life (I did not know much before on the subject), and I was quite proud of the end result, I believed it was very visually appealing, and many people enjoyed it (the layer masking was a lot of fun too!).My primary tool for making all my favorite is Photoshop (or Premier) , a good camera, and my imagination. With these tools I can virtual make anything I can dream of!

There are many people in my life that have helped me in one way or another succeed. My parents being one of the most significant. They have supported me and allowed my to pursue my passions, and they have all ways pushed me to work hard in every thing I do. The second biggest contributors are my teachers. My teachers in every subject always push me to put my best forward, and help me to go above and beyond every day class work. With out these people, I could not do what I do, and my work and passions would be no where near as developed as they are today!

Well, I have not traveled to far or very frequently, most people think I lead a boring life, however, I like to read a lot, learn a lot, and do lots of things that the every day person never does. For example I’m a star gazer (I wish to become an astrophysicist one day, so this stuff fascinates me), I own my own telescope, and observe the stars with it. I also regularly play chess, play strategy games, make computer programs, and I build model rockets. Something I also dabble in is history (not a lot of people know this about me in fact!). Mainly space race stuff, and history from the 15th century to the 20th, the evolution of human civilization also intrigues me. I have even picked up historical enactments (making history come to life for spectators and students). Many people are shocked by this fact because people see me as a man of the future, and this is true. However I also believe you must understand the past to create a better future. However astrophysics is where my true passion is. As you can now see im a strange guy, with many interesting views and combinations of passions.

there are several companies I would like to make media art for. The first company I would like to make media art for is Paradox Interactive. This company makes tons of grand strategy games which I have come to love. There unit models and maps are great, and it would be cool to improve them even further. The Second major company I would like to work for is 343 industries. There “halo” series includes games and movies in which rich and great futuristic 3-D modeling and renderings. This company is know for their media arts and would be very cool to work for. There are many other movie and game produces in which I would like to make media art for like valve, maxis, the creative assembly, and many more.
