. Captain Brock proceeded to tighten his uniform, and pick his briefcase. He open the door and left the family home. The captain then opened the door to the transport vehicle and drove off. Sub-commander Aurthorson was in the front seat, he look over his shoulder and said “the good byes are always hard, they can rest well know we will get you home safe”. “im not worried about myself, I worried about them” responded captain brock“a 3 month absence might do a toll on Alexander”. “We chose this, captain” said the sub-commander, “I suppose your right”. 

The transport pulled up into the space elevator site. “Read to go” asked general Mclien, “yes, lets go”  replied the captain. They loaded the elevator and began there ascent. They went above the clouds, through the upper atmosphere and they watched as the earth shrunk below them. They eventually reached a space station they then proceeded to the space dock. There was a massive, sophisticated space craft, bigger than anything assembled before. He entered the ships and went on the bridge. He consulted his crew. He then went his ready room next to the bridge. He then proceeded to make it comfortable. The door bell went off, and the operations officer stepped and said “sir, we are ready to go”. The captain walked on to the bridge, and looked at the monitor. “Code Blue, prepare to undock” said the captain. “Undocked sir, moving out of docking” said the pilot “activate acrobie warp drive, and lay in a corse for ensuldus” said the captain. A few seconds later the ship extremely fast, almost at the speed of light.  

The captain sat in his read room waiting to reach the distant world. This ship was the fastest ever, using a revolutionary technology. The ship was outfitted to search for life on Saturn’s moon. After 2.5 hours of travel, the ship finally reach it’s destination, the captain entered the bridge and commanded the crew to enter a low orbit. The crew did as they were told and orbited perfectly. “Enter phase two, lets get down there” said the captain. At the same time half the bridge crew ran out to different locations around the ship and entered landers. The first wave of 4 landers left the ship and began there descent to the planet. Then two giant drilling platforms with rockets headed to the surface. Captain Brock stayed on the ship with a skeleton crew and waited. 

Sub-Commander Charleston was in the first lander, and was the first to step foot on the alien moon. The other landers soon landed followed by the drilling platforms. The crew rushed out and began to operate them. Soon the drills started. “Let get some samples” said the sub commander. The drills then stopped and water welled up thought them.  Then submarines we dropped to collect samples in the wells and explore the under ice ocean. They detected all the ingredients for life, when all of the sudden a sea creature began to attack the sub. A large snake like water dewing  creature attacked the sub killing the two crew members. They landing part then retaliated, introducing electricity to the water, and killing the life form

Two hours pasted when 3 of these creature started to break the ice on the surface, again the landing party killed them. The ice was falling apart so they left the surface and returned to the ship. The captain when he heard of what happened was stunned, “well we know now there is complex life on other worlds, how ever none that know diplomacy”. Lets go home, we have lost too many lives, we have complete our mission, and let this be a lesson to us, we need to explore with more caution and care for local populating” said the captain, they then returned the way they came, and they would return one day, and they would eventual explore the entire solar system, how every being a bit more aware that it is not only the home of human kind, but other life as well.
